Fleet Line Marker Lionel 3" or 4" wheel transfer wheel marking machine is the same design as the Arnold but with a larger holding tank.  Made from coated steel, the fleet range of wheel-to-wheel machines are built to last. The unique curved tank ensures efficient paint "pick up" and facilitiates easy cleaning. It is available with either 3 inch or 4 inch wheel widths.
